Wild forest garlic

Perennial bulbous plant, parts of the plant smell of garlic. Frost germ. Moist, partially shaded location. Garden soil rich in nutrients and humus. Young leaves before they bloom or the finely chopped onions for seasoning soups, salads, quark dishes or as a seasoning like garlic. The ingredients stimulate digestion.
