Sunday F1 is a golden yellow round zucchini that is very easy to grow. Place the plant in a sheltered, sunny spot in well-drained, fertilized soil. If you make sure that the plant gets water on time in case of drought, it will reward you with a good harvest of these beautiful yellow fruits. Sunday F1 has a neutral taste and can therefore be prepared in a number of different ways. Cut thick slices of it and put them on the grill, sprinkled with Italian herbs, for example. Sprinkle a little grated cheese on top and enjoy! The plant has a shrub-like habit and an open structure, so that the fruits can be harvested easily. Protect the plants against (night) frost, because they are very sensitive! If the weather permits, the seeds can also be sown outdoors. Make sure that the soil at the time of sowing and the following week at sowing depth has a temperature of approx. 18 ° C so that the germination process runs smoothly and the seeds are not attacked by mold and bacteria. In June they can then be planted out so that they have enough space to grow. The plants can get quite large, allow about 1 square meter of space per plant. Sunday F1 can be harvested when the fruits are ± 8 cm in diameter. This is just a guideline, of course you can deviate from it. In any case, harvest the zucchini when they are young. Then the fruits taste best and the plant is stimulated to keep producing new fruits. If you want to harvest longer, you should keep picking regularly!
