Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. “We” or “Our” means MyOrganicWorld Store and/or our Merchants. “You” or “your” means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.

Descriptions
The descriptions in this website relating to species, varieties, and their characteristics, and information given regarding fitness for any particular purpose (including consumption) or their hardiness etc. are given only for general guidance.
We believe that the seeds are true to name and free from disease and other defect etc. However, in accordance with the custom of the seed trade, we give no warranty, express or implied, as to the productiveness or description of any seeds we sell and will not in any way be responsible for the resultant crop.
Prices, description and availability of goods
Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product.
Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colors may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of internet technology.
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion, and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
Payment methods
Secure credit and debit card facilities are available online to all major credit and debit cardholders (but not American Express) just provide your card type and number, expiry date and the three digit security code found on the back of the card in the signature strip.
Delivery terms
Your shopping basket displays the seeds and products you have purchased, and these will normally be dispatched within 48 hours to the delivery address which you supply (in Kuwait) international (3 business day).
Although we like to think we give a good service for most of the year, we hope you will appreciate that dispatch of goods during our busy period may take a few extra days.

Refund and Return
You may cancel your order up to 3 days after receipt, commencing on the day after you have received the goods. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by letter or email.
You will receive a refund as soon as possible and within 14 days of cancellation.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
