Our returns & refunds we offer

Here at MyOrganicWorld Store, we want you to be happy with seeds, products, and most of the time we are sure you will be. Our excellent customer service is at the heart of our business.

However, occasionally, although it seems unlikely, the odd thing does go wrong! If it does, we will always put it right.

If you think you have received the wrong seeds, product or you have any questions- simply contact us by phone (66776605), email ([email protected]) and we will sort things out. We will automatically replace any wrong items; we will offer advice or a replacement/refund.

If you simply change your mind, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your seeds and we will advise you how best to return your order. We will refund the order within 14 days of receiving the seeds back at our side.

Only when the seeds or products haven’t open from the customer.

Order review process

All orders are subject to fraud review which may result in a delay in processing. We may also require additional information to verify your purchase.

Until you receive the final confirmation of your purchase, please check your email and respond to any requests for verification.

While your order is being reviewed, your account may be placed on hold until the review is completed.
