By grafting your preferred tomato or eggplant variety onto this resilient rootstock, you can significantly improve plant vigor and fruit formation.
Powerful Disease Resistance for Healthy Growth
The ‘Estamino’ F1 hybrid rootstock offers exceptional resistance to several critical diseases: viruses, fusarium wilt, fusarium head and foot rot, verticillium wilt, cork root disease, and nematodes. This protection from ground-based infestations ensures that your chosen ‘noble variety’ is also spared from these threats, allowing it to flourish.
The strong root system of the ‘Estamino’ underlay vigorously supports plant growth and abundant fruit production.
Complete Grafting Kit for Success
This convenient set includes 7 ‘Estamino’ underlay seeds and 7 silicone grafting clips, providing everything you need to get started with grafting your tomato and eggplant plants. Follow the cultural references below for optimal growth of the rootstock seedlings.

- Sowing Location: Windowsill or greenhouse.
- Germination Temperature: 18 to 22 °C (64 to 72 °F).

- Sowing Instructions: Use only germ-free soil with low salt content. Press the seeds evenly into the soil surface (do not cover ‘Estamino’ seeds as they are light germinators).
