Strawberry Spinach

This is a fun one: Dinner and dessert all in one place! The leaves of Stawberry Spinach are triangular, toothy and are best enjoyed raw. The berries come on later in the season and are comparable to mulberries; mild flavoured and sweet.

Strawberry Spinach is a relative of lambs quarters and is also known as Beetberry, Goosefoot and Strawberry Blite. This plant thrives in full Sun and rich, well draining soil.
