Angel Hair F1 is a yellow spaghetti squash weighing around 1.5 kg. Delicious dishes can be conjured up from the pulp. It is a very good alternative to pasta, but you can also use it cold in a salad. Don’t know how to make the fine strips? There are several ways to do this, but this one is probably the easiest: cut the pumpkin lengthways and remove the seed strip. Place the halves with the cut surface facing down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let them cook in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 35 minutes. Then use a fork to pull through the pulp to make strips. Process the strips in your desired recipe and enjoy! The plant has a strongly climbing habit and produces uniform fruits. Since the plant grows strongly trailing, you can let it grow very well in a pumpkin tunnel or along a trellis. Please note, however, that the weight of the fruits in the tunnel or on the trellis can be quite high because several fruits grow on one plant. So make sure you have enough grip. Make sure that the soil at the time of sowing and the following week at sowing depth has a temperature of approx. 18 ° C so that the germination process runs smoothly and the seeds are not attacked by mold and bacteria.
