Brighten Your Garden with Ranunculus Elegance Clementine Corms

Infuse your garden with the cheerful glow of Ranunculus Elegance Clementine. This exceptional Italian Ranunculus is named after a favorite citrus fruit, and truly lives up to its name with layers upon layers of vibrant orange-pink petals. These large, fully double flowers will brighten up beds, borders, and containers, bringing a warm, inviting hue to any space.

Part of the improved Italian Ranunculus collection, Elegance Clementine represents significant genetic advancements, boasting longer stems, increased productivity, and larger blooms with many more petals compared to common ranunculus varieties. These robust improvements also make them much more capable of thriving in a broader range of climates.

Ranunculus Elegance Clementine attracts bees and butterflies, enriching your garden’s biodiversity. It thrives in fertile, well-drained soil rich in organic matter. For best results, ensure full sun exposure, though it appreciates afternoon shade when temperatures climb above 38°C.

  • To grow Ranunculus from tubers, start by soaking the tubers in cool water for a few hours until they plump up. Then, plant them in a well-draining potting mix with the “claw” side down, covering them with about 2 inches of soilKeep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged, and provide a cool, dark location for pre-sprouting. Once they develop roots and shoots, they can be transplanted to a sunny spot with well-draining soil, or into larger containers for greenhouse growing.
