ORGANIC Tomatillo Aurora

The Tomatillo Aurora has sweet and sour, yellow to mandarine-sized fruits. These can be used excellently for sauces, fry them in the pan or nibble fully ripe raw. Raw, the taste is reminiscent of physalis combined with the aroma of a firm, sour-fruity apple and raw potato. Classically, they are used together with chillies to make salsa. Aurora has a beautiful young plant with lush green and forms the first blossoms in the pot before it is planted out. It is much more early maturing than comparable high-yielding varieties.
