Grow this unique plant indoors all year round at around 20ºC in a seed tray. Transplant 1 or 2 times as needed. The captivating feature of this plant is its leaves: when touched, they quickly fold together and droop, only to unfold again after some time.
Follow our tips for sowing under warm glass indoors, including mixing seed soil with sand, maintaining a germination temperature of at least 18ºC (ideally 20ºC), ensuring ventilation, transplanting seedlings once true leaves appear, and hardening off young plants before moving them outdoors (if desired).
