Kohlrabi “Giant”

These giant kohlrabi have already set records! The kohlrabi grow slowly. It can grow to an enormous size and can grow to up to 10 kilos in weight. The kohlrabi are bolt resistant. Despite their size, the meat remains soft and tender and does not get woody when properly cared for. Enjoyed the crunchy snack raw for a sweet and juicy lunch or as a healthy alternative to chocolate. You can also cook the kohlrabi or cut them into sticks or slices to freeze over the winter.
