This fabulous fava is delightful when harvested immature in its green stage and equally exquisite as a dried fava. You’ll love these massive beans borne on impressive 6-foot-tall plants. Makes a perfectly light, nutty-flavored hummus. Introduced by renowned plant breeder Alan Kaupler of Peace Seeds, this large-seeded variety was selected from seeds of Guatemalan origin. Don’t forget to eat the greens; they are tender and tasty when picked young! This variety also produces masses of organic matter, making it a top choice for soil improvement as a green manure.
