Growing Tips for Your Canna South Pacific Rose Seeds:

Transplant (recommended). Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last expected frost. Maintain a soil temperature of 70-75°F (21-24°C) for germination, which typically takes 8-12 days. Lightly Cover Seed during sowing.

Grow seedlings at a daytime temperature of 75-80°F (24-27°C) and a nighttime temperature of 65-70°F (18-21°C). Transplant seedlings outdoors after all danger of frost has passed, spacing them 18-24 inches apart in a sunny location with well-drained, fertile soil. Water regularly, especially during hot weather.

Fertilize monthly during the growing season to encourage abundant blooms. For overwintering in colder zones, dig up the rhizomes after the first frost and store them in a cool, dry place.
