كوسة ديامانت

The ‘Diamant’ is an early and long-wearing hybrid variety without tendrils. The fruits are smooth shiny, medium green with light speckles and cylindrical truncated. The young fruits can be braised unpeeled, roasted on the grill and boiled as vegetables, fried, breaded or cooked in fat. A very special delicacy are the large, yellow, edible flowers.
