خرشوف كاردي

Cardy comes from southern Europe. Height in the 1st year up to 70 cm, flowers only in the 2nd year. Forms huge, widely spreading plants. Can also be used as an ornamental plant. Remove leaf ribs after bleaching with cloth and black foil for 2-3 weeks, remove skin, spines and larger fibers before steaming. Nutritious, well-ventilated, warm soils.
