بطيخ أحمر

The fruits of ‘Red Star’ can weigh up to 6 kg and have a juicy, red pulp. The plants are vigorous and robust and produce a good yield outdoors even in cool years. The fruits are ripe from mid-August to the end of September.
The vigorous plants form medium-long tendrils and need about 2 square meters of space. They can also be guided upwards on strings or trellises to save space, like cucumbers, and can even thrive in larger containers on balconies and patios.
