Andean Berry Inkapflaume
Sparrow’s Inkapflaume is a lush growing and carrying strain. Seed cultivation succeeds at about 20 ° C. The stems break easily, so a support rod of about 1.5 m in length is necessary.
Also for tub culture, the Andean berry is well suited. Give plants before the first frost, cut back one third and incubate at 5-10 ° C. In summer, the berries show. If they change from yellow to orange, they are ready to eat and rich in vitamin C, provitamin A and B vitamins. One consumes the fresh, sourish fruits raw, eg to ice cream or fruit salad.
