Aubergine Moneymaker is an excellent choice of variety for cooler climates, because it also bears numerous dark-purple, approx. 13-15 cm oval-round, approx. 500-600 g heavy fruits in Northern and Central Europe. The taste is often compared to that of mushrooms, albeit milder. After planting in the bed, in pots or in planters, you can harvest delicious eggplants from the approx. 75 cm high, bushy plants 8-10 weeks later. The harvested fruits can be stored for a relatively long time while maintaining their intense color.
